As a frequent traveler to the U.S. , I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Eden Prairie Inn during the Christmas season. the hotel's unbeatable location near the Mall of America and Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport made it a convenient choice for exploring the South and West parts of the Twin Cities. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff, who ensured our check-in process was smooth and efficient. the hotel itself was well-kept, and our room featured brand new furniture and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy home-away-from-home feeling. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From Donald, who brightened our mornings during breakfast, to the accommodating team who helped my friend and I get adjoining rooms despite separate reservations, their attention to detail truly stood out. We took advantage of the hotel's amenities, including the on-site gym and business center, as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. the complimentary buffet breakfast offered a variety of options to start the day right, and the free WiFi throughout the property made it easy to stay connected. Overall, the Best Western Eden Prairie Inn exceeded my expectations with its great location, clean facilities, and attentive staff. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Eden Prairie. Thank you to the team for making our visit memorable.
